Paul Crilly is an accomplished leader who has led initiatives across the energy, technology, and industrial services sectors for over three decades. He has held multiple C-suite and board-level positions, guiding both private and publicly traded companies through transformation, growth, and successful exits. Paul Crilly currently serves as a director at Pulse Seismic Inc., Buffalo Inspection Services Inc., and roundLAB Inc.
Mr. Crilly’s previous experience includes notable leadership roles such as president and chief executive officer of Norex Exploration Services Inc., where he oversaw the company’s expansion during a period of rapid growth. He also served as managing director of energy at K2 and Associates Investment Management, where he was involved in the restructuring of Gulf of Mexico oil and gas operations. More recently, he led operational changes and sales processes at Buffalo Inspection Services Inc. and Evolution Engineering Inc.
Mr. Crilly holds a bachelor of commerce from the University of Saskatchewan and the chartered professional accountant designation through the Alberta Institute of Chartered Accountants. He also completed the ICD.D program through the Institute of Corporate Directors.
